Johnathon Oates Tourism Officer – West Midlands Region

I’ve known Michelle for a number of years and have worked with her on various tourism related projects. She’s very professional, efficient and friendly, taking time and care to make sure she understands exactly what her clients need. Her work on landmarks and historical sites, such as Lichfield Cathedral is very impressive, as is her human interest and personal photos, she has a much prized skill of getting her subjects to relax and is therefore able to get lovely, informal images of family and friends for those special events. Would definitely recommend!
